Thank you for using my app Default Phone. This Privacy Policy outlines my practices with respect to collecting, using and disclosing information about our users ("you" or "user") when using my mobile application (“App”), which offers you Phone solutions such as: contacts management, phone call recording and live recording, report spam numbers, block incoming calls, reply to incoming call with canned text messages, manage call log, (collectively, the “Services").

The Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Use (“Terms”) and is incorporated therein by references.

I may update the Privacy Policy from time to time, the last and updated version is reflected in the "Last Updated" heading above. In the event of a material change I will make best efforts to provide a notification.

I have detailed below which data is collected:

 

(I) The type of information I collect

If you report a number as Spammer along with the reported number I am collecting:

-           your Sim Number (usually not your phone number, just the SIM number)

-           your Subscriber Id

-           your Sim Serial Number

If you don’t report a number as Spammer I will NOT collect data about you.

 

(II) How do I use the information I collect?

I don’t use them, data are collected just to have trace of the fact

 

(III) With whom I share the information I collect

I do NOT share your Personal Information:

 

(IV) For how long I retain the information collected?

Please note that I may retain the information I collect for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements, unless required otherwise by law or by you.

 

 

(V) What are your rights?

If you don’t want to share the information described in paragraph (I), just don’t report spammer number.

 

(VI) How do I safeguard and transfer your information?

I take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Services and your information.

(VII) Minors

The Services are not intended for children, accordingly, I do not use the Service to knowingly solicit data from children as defined under applicable law (e.g. thirteen (13) regarding US individuals and sixteen (16) regarding European Economic Area ("EEA") individuals). I request that children do not provide Personal Information through the Services. If you become aware or have any reason to believe that a child has shared any Personal Information with me, please contact me at object_required@yahoo.it and I will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from files.
